Form 5500
Form 5500 must be filed for benefit plans with more than 100 participants at the beginning of the plan year no later than 7 months (or up to 9 1/2 months with extensions) after the end of the plan year. Procedural Assessment

The procedural assessment confirms the existence or lack of administrative procedures and assesses whether the key players in the administration of the plan are familiar with the plan and its procedures.
