Ms. Andersen has over 25 years of successful benefits consulting and administration experience. Her experience spans both corporate, record keeping and consulting having worked at small and large corporations as well as major consulting and financial organizations.
Ms. Andersen worked with others to establish the compliance practice for a Big 5 Accounting Firm. She recently established a consulting group for a major financial services company. She is recognized as an executive whose leadership style effectively combines a pragmatic, strong ERISA technical background with strong people and project management skills.

Our Company
ERISAdiagnostics, Inc. is aligned with ASC institute (ASCi), a well-known Denver benefits consulting organization specializing in plan documents and employee benefits training, and Theresa Borzelli, an
experienced ERISA attorney. We approach each client as our only client and
provide services tailored to each client’s unique
situation. Our
experience includes working with corporations, consulting
groups and law firms conducting IRS and DOL audit services and
developing compliance review services at a nationally
known accounting firm. We
have conducted numerous compliance review services for
companies in many industries including financial,
manufacturing and energy, and have represented clients with
the IRS.

About Charles D. Lockwood
Charles D. Lockwood, J.D., and L.L.M.
(Taxation), has over 20 years experience in the employee
benefits field. Charles is currently a principal with the ASC
Institute (ASCi). Prior to joining ASCi, Charles was a principal
with the pension consulting firm Global Benefit Advisors, LLC (GBA).
Prior to entering private consulting, Charles worked in the
Employee Plans Division in the National Office of the Internal
Revenue Service (IRS) as a Tax Law Specialist. Charles also was
a Vice President with Pension Publications of Denver, Inc. (PPD)
and a senior consultant with the benefit consulting practice of
Coopers & Lybrand.
About John
P. Griffin
John P. Griffin, J.D. and LL.M.
(Taxation), has over 25 years experience in the employee
benefits field. Currently, John is a principal with the ASC
Institute (ASCi). Prior to joining ASCi, John was a
principal with the pension consulting firm Global Benefit
Advisors, LLC (GBA), a Vice President with Pension
Publications of Denver, Inc. (PPD) and a senior consultant
with the benefit consulting practice of Coopers & Lybrand.
Prior to entering private consulting, John worked in the
Employee Plans Division in the National Office of the
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a Tax Law Specialist. John
also has seven years of experience with the U.S. Department
of Labor.
About Theresa
Borzelli
Ms. Borzelli, Esq. is with the law firm of
Fox Rothschild, LLP.
She provides
advice and counsel to employers throughout the country. Ms.
Borzelli's practice focuses on the complex tax, labor and
employment law issues that arise in the design,
implementation, operation and administration of health and
welfare plans, qualified and non-qualified retirement plans,
and executive compensation arrangements including
equity-based plans and employment agreements. She
advises clients on benefit issues arising from mergers,
acquisitions, shutdowns, and bankruptcies; and on defending
ERISA claims and litigation brought against employers,
including Department of Labor and IRS audits, inquiries and
disputes.
In Addition, Ms. Borzelli advises
clients on the development of corporate compliance practices and
fiduciary duties with respect to compensation programs. In
particular, she is recognized for her expertise in advising the
Boards of tex-exempt, non-profit organization in meeting their
special responsibilities under federal tax law when establishing
and awarding compensation packages to employees, trustees and
directors, and related parties.
She received her B.S. (with highest
honors), MBA and JD degrees from Rutgers University.
She is a member of the New Jersey
Bar Association (Member, Tax Section), New York Employees
Benefits Group, and the American Association of Housing and
Services for the Aging. She is admitted to practice in New
Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New jersey,
The U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Tax court.
